1. Head west on A6/Toome Bypass toward B18/Hillhead Rd
2. Make a U-turn at B18/Hillhead Road. Continue to follow A6 and go through TWO roundabouts [5.9 miles].
3. Continue on M22 [4.6 miles]
4. Continue on M2 [14.7 miles]
5. Take the exit onto M2 [2.7 miles]
6. Continue on M3 (signs for Bangor/M3 Belfast(East)/Newcastle [0.6 miles]
7. At junction 1, take the A2 exit to Belfast (E)/Newcastle [0.2 miles]
8. Turn left at Old Channel Rd [0.1 miles]
9. Old Channel Rd turns right and becomes Queen's Rd
10. Follow the signs for the Duathlon.
