Forty five people competed in this year’s Queen's Duathlon held along Queen's Road in the Titanic Quarter, Belfast. The weather was very warm and dry along the quay. Colin Bolger, from Dublin was the first to complete the 3.2km run, 16km cycle and 3.2km run along the flat road in an impressive time of 48 minutes and 24 seconds. Anne Paul, our first place female participant finished the race in a remarkable time of 55 minutes 33 seconds.

Clarke Blair won this year’s Endeavour prize. This event was organised by Queen’s Triathlon Club.

Queen's Duathlon was held on Saturday 27th June along Queen's Road, Titanic Quarter, Belfast
This event consisted of a 3.2 km (2 mile) run, a 16 km (10 mile) cycle, followed by a 3.2 km (2 mile) run.
The duathlon was sanctioned by Triathlon Ireland and was organised by Queen's Triathlon Club.

Queen's Duathlon was manually timed with race numbers attached to the competitor's clothing using safety pins.

Registration time began at 2pm with the race briefing at 2.50pm
Race started at approximately 3.05pm and finished at around 4.20pm

Sandwiches and drinks were provided after the race.

Results will only contain the final times which may include penalties incurred. They are published here online in PDF format.
